- Fabric and Garments can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, of the same value or more.
- The product can be returned within 3 working days of the order being received with a store credit of the same value for the Online Store ONLY.
- The costs of shipping of Returns are borne by the company, while the cost of shipping of exchanges is borne by the customer.
- Defective or broken products are exchanged/refunded within 2 days of the order being received.
- There is no cash refund policy.
- Exchange and return policies do not apply to international orders.
Refund policy: Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment. If the item goes on sale, the amount after the discount will be reimbursed.
